1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins he is faithfull and just to forgive us (our) sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
James 5:16
Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
Psalms 103: 10-14
He hath not dealt with us after our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
For as the heaven is high above the earth, (so) great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
As far as the east is from the west, (so) far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
Like as a father pitieth (his) children, (so) the Lord pitieth them that fear him.
For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we (are) dust.
1 Corinthians 10:13
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: But God (is) faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear (it).
